Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from my atelier in Italy, with free shipping and tracking number included.

Every creation is checked, packaged, and prepared by hand with care, patience, and attention to detail.

Processing and preparation times

Preparation times may vary depending on the type of item:

• Ready-to-ship items: prepared and shipped within 5–10 business days after purchase.
• Custom orders: as these are unique pieces created upon request, they require 6–8 weeks of production time before shipping.

Please note that shipping times are separate from production times.

Order processing begins once payment has been confirmed and, in the case of custom creations, once the final design has also been approved.

Estimated delivery times

Once the parcel has been shipped, the average delivery times are:

• Italy: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 15–20 business days
• Rest of the world: 20–25 business days

These times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, the time of year, the destination country, or any customs checks.

I cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once the parcel is in transit, but every shipment is sent with tracking so you can follow its progress.

Order tracking

All shipments include a tracking number.

You will receive an email with the shipping details as soon as your order has been sent.

I recommend checking the tracking regularly, especially in case of delivery attempts or if the parcel is held at a post office or collection point.

Incorrect address or unclaimed parcels

Please make sure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.

If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available, the parcel may be held at the local post office or a collection point.

If the parcel is not collected and is returned to sender, any reshipping costs, return fees, or additional postal charges may be at the customer’s expense.

If the address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete and this causes delays, failed delivery, or the parcel being returned, any additional costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Customs duties and import taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges required by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

These costs depend on the customs regulations of the destination country and are not set by Adelaida Arte.

Customs documents will be completed correctly, according to the real value of the order and the information required for shipping.

Delays, lost parcels, or damage during transit

Every order is checked and packaged with great care to protect it during transit.

If a parcel is delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost, please contact me as soon as possible at info@adelaidaarte.com, attaching any photos of the parcel and the product received, if available.

I will do my best to assist you and, when possible, open a report or claim with the courier.

In case of a damaged parcel, it is important to keep the original packaging, shipping labels, and the product, as these may be requested by the courier for verification.

Final note

Every Adelaida Arte creation leaves my atelier with care, attention, and respect for the person who will receive it.
