Each Adelaida Arte piece is carefully handcrafted with dedication, detail, and artistic intention.

Because of the handmade nature of my work, small variations or slight irregularities may occur — these are part of the charm and authenticity of every creation, not defects.

If an item arrives damaged during transit or was sent by mistake, please contact me within 3 days of delivery at info@adelaidaarte.com, attaching clear photos of the product and its packaging.

I’ll personally review your message and offer the best possible solution.

Please note that refunds or returns are not accepted in the following cases:

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the same original payment method.

📦 Unclaimed or returned parcels

All parcels are shipped with tracking and care.

If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available, the parcel will be held at the local postal office for collection.

If not collected and returned to sender, reshipping or postal fees will be at the buyer’s expense.

Every order is inspected and packaged with great care before shipping.

However, once the parcel has been handed to the courier, I cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal or customs services.

If any issue arises, please reach out — I’ll do my best to assist you in resolving it with the carrier.

Right of withdrawal (EU customers only)

According to EU regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods.
For non-personalized items, buyers have 14 days from delivery to contact me if they wish to return their order, provided the item has not been used or damaged.
Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.
